Swim Lessons
Swim Class Levels for children 4-12 years of age:
Bobbers – Level 1
This class provides information and techniques that allow children to develop a comfort level in the water and introduces them to basic swimming skills.
Floaters – Level II
This class allows children to build on the skills taught in Level I. Students receive instruction on the front crawl, backstroke and are introduced to the front crawl with rotary breathing.
Strokers – Level III
This class allows children to refine the skills introduced in Level II. Successful completion of Level III requires participants to be able to master the front crawl with rotary breathing, backstroke, elementary backstroke, and butterfly.
Super Stroker – Level IV
This class is designed to perfect all strokes and work on technique and endurance. Prerequisite/Stroker. Must be referred by instructor.
Instructor to student ratio for group swim lessons is 6:1
Parent Child Swim lessons
for children 3 months (or 12 lbs.) to 3 years old
An interactive class where one parent participates in the water with the child. This class provides parents with information and techniques that allow their child to develop a comfort level in and around the water as well as a readiness for learning to swim. Skills are introduced through fun songs and games. (Children still in diapers must wear swim diapers and plastic pants under swimsuit.)
Pre School Swim Lessons
for children 3-5 years old
This class provides information and techniques that allow children to develop a comfort level in the water and introduces them to basic swimming skills.

Specialty Aquatic Programs:
Senior Fit Club:
This warm water pool class focuses on range of motion and light cardio with an emphasis on strength and flexibility. On-going class meets Mondays and Member: Free / Non-member: $64 (8 class punch card)
Natal Waves:
A pre/post natal water workout. Participants work on cardiovascular conditioning, resistance training and flexibility.
5-week session with minimum of 5 participants.
Member: $20 / Non-member: $30
Evening AAA (Active Adult Aquatics):
Increases and maintains strength and flexibility. On-going class meets
Member: Free / Non-member $48 (6 class punch card)
Private Swim Lessons:
One-on-one lessons for adults or children of any age to learn to swim or improve swimming ability.
Available for purchase at any time. Sessions are scheduled with the instructor on an individual basis.
Five, 30-minute personal lessons. Member: $90 / Non-member: $100
Semi Private Swim Lessons:
Improve your swimming skills with semi-private lessons of 2-3 students per class. Five, 30-minute lessons. Member: $60 / Non-member: $75
Personalized Coaching:
For swim team participants, tri-athletes and the endurance swimmer. Three, 1-hour sessions. $72.00
