Therapeutic exercise and movement program specifically for individuals recovering from illnesses such as breast cancer, Lymphedema, and other chronic illnesses. This class is also for anyone having difficulty with mobility, posture, and energy levels. Class is free to members and open to the public for a fee.
LIGHT AND TONED
Basic interval workout with segments of toning and light cardio. Bands, exercise balls and weights are utilized during this class.
POWER STEP
Join the fun with this high impact step class. Not recommended for the beginner. Be ready to sweat!

Are you bored with the same song and dance? Let’s get ready to blast through your plateau in an exciting class of just pure step!
PURE STABILITY
Improve your body’s overall functional strength, balance and coordination! This class challenges the body’s core muscles found in the inner and outer abdominal wall, obliques, and lower back.
TRIPLE EFFECT
Join us for this 45 minute class combining cardio kick, step and hi-lo into one ... tripling the effect of your cardio workout.
OUT OF THE BOX
A moderate to intense combination of cycling, total body resistance, core work and flexibility training. Push yourself and learn to exercise (out of the box).
CARDIO BLAST
Instructors choice of various activities to effectively burn calories! Bring your energy!
CARDIO SCULPT
Each week the instructor will vary cardio to keep you motivated and burning calories. Class will conclude with toning exercises.
GENTLE STRETCH
45 minutes of gentle stretching from head to toe. Entire class is conducted while sitting in a chair. Leave feeling refreshed and open.
STEP AND SCULPT
This class will give you cardio conditioning on the step and sculpting with a variety of free weight exercises and core stability training.
ZUMBA
Add some spice and flare to your workout! This Latin-infused class combines high energy and motivating music, with unique movements and combinations. Come dance your worries away! No dance experience is required.

A traditional form of Chinese medicine that increases vital energy and improves the immune system for those suffering from chronic illnesses.

This class follows the arthritis foundation guidelines and provides you with movements specific to those suffering from arthritis. Only in therapy pool.
SENIOR SPLASH
A light, fun, and invigorating water workout that emphasizes light cardio conditioning, toning using buoyancy equipment. Available in both pools.
SENIOR FIT
A fun, energetic class that follows the arthritis foundation guidelines and focuses on joint motion and light cardio. Available in both pools.
